ABOUT MONIQUE
High Performing - Results Oriented - Ethical
"Leaders win through logistics. Vision, sure. Strategy, yes. But when you go to war, you need to have both toilet paper and bullets in the right place at the right time. In other words, you must win through superior logistics." - Tom Peters, Author of In Search of Excellence
Project management and administration is about seeing both the big picture and the minute logistically details. Monique has over 15 years experience honing her skills to be able to successfully manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Most recently, as Associate Director - Education at CNM, a Management Support Organization, she provided both oversight and project management for almost four years for all of the organization's educational programs (150 courses, 800+ hours annually) at their Dallas and Fort Worth campuses, as well as in Wichita Falls and other North Texas locations, to ensure quality delivery. This position allowed her to grow and build on her previous position at the Nonprofit Management Center (NMC) in Midland, Texas, where she managed education and administration for six years.
Her time at both CNM and NMC allowed her to work with consultants, instructors, national speakers, foundations, and clients. Administratively, Monique built and oversaw budgets; provided client support and invoicing; accounts receivable and payable; utilized QuickBooks; event registration; surveys; dashboards; grant writing and reporting; data entry; video conferencing and webinars; transcribing; multiple website and social media platforms; and membership management.
Prior to working with Management Support Organizations, Monique worked with other nonprofits including Wichita Habitat for Humanity, Sterling Services, Abilene Habitat for Humanity and Abilene Independent School District (AISD) - Payroll department.

While at Wichita Habitat for Humanity she was responsible for recruiting and coordinating 7,000 volunteers in a year to build over 15 houses, assist with office administration and to help with special events. She partnered with media outlets (newspaper, magazine, television, and radio) to communicate volunteer opportunities and created the organization's quarterly newsletter, reaching an average of 13,000 homes.
At AISD, Monique was responsible for filing the entire district's employee absentee forms, W-4s, social security cards, direct deposit slips, and updating employee digital records.

Monique has always believed in the importance of giving back and volunteerism. She is currently active in the community through Junior League of Fort Worth.
